What we collect
When you fill a form, call, or message us, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, the course and university you are interested in, your city, and anything you write in the message box. Our server also records your IP address and the page you submitted from, to prevent spam.
How we use it
- To call, message or email you about your enquiry and give you counselling.
- To help you apply to a university you choose. We share your details with that university only when you ask us to proceed with an application.
- To keep records of our conversations and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your consent
By submitting a form you consent to us contacting you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or replying STOP on WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or to stop processing it. Email info@acelearnconsulting.com with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and third parties
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly where they are. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy; it does not receive the details you type into our forms. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt out add-on. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the office map is embedded from Google Maps; those services may log your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored on access controlled systems. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
